What this website stores
This website sets no cookies and loads no third-party content. Fonts and all files are served from our own server. To measure site usage we run the self-hosted analytics software Matomo, without cookies (see below).
Contact form
When you use the contact form, we send your name, organisation, email address, optionally your phone number and your message by email to DUP DIGITAL CARE SERVICES LTD. The email is sent via our own mail server on the server described below in Frankfurt am Main; delivery is handled by Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, Luxembourg) in the AWS Frankfurt region. To prevent abuse, the server stores your IP address for a short time in pseudonymised form (as a hash value) in order to limit the number of submissions. We use your details solely to answer your request and delete them once the request has been dealt with and no retention obligations apply. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for abuse prevention.
Hosting and server logs
The website runs on a server managed by us at Amazon Web Services (AWS Lightsail) in the Frankfurt am Main data centre, Germany. The provider is Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, 38 Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg; a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with AWS. When you open the site, the web server stores technically necessary connection data in log files: IP address, date and time, page requested, amount of data transferred, browser and operating system, and the referring page. These logs serve secure operation and troubleshooting and are deleted after 14 days at the latest. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation).
Usage statistics with Matomo
We use the open-source software Matomo, which runs on a server under our control (analytics.seniorvibe.app). No cookies are set and no data is passed on to third parties. We record the page visited, date and time, the referring page, the browser and operating system used, the approximate screen size and the IP address, which Matomo truncates (anonymises) before storage. The data is used solely for statistical analysis to improve the website; it is not linked to individual persons. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in measuring site usage). If your browser sends the “Do Not Track” signal, your visit is not recorded.
Ads and enquiry forms on Facebook and Instagram
We run ads on Facebook and Instagram. Some ads let you fill in an enquiry form directly in the app (Meta Instant Form) to arrange a demo. We collect your name, email address, phone number, the name of your facility, your role and, optionally, your main need. Meta pre-fills some fields from your profile; you can change them before submitting. The platform is provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland. For the form data, Meta acts on our behalf under its Lead Ads Terms; beyond that, Meta processes data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy (https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy). A transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out; Meta is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We retrieve your details from our Meta ad account and use them solely to contact you and arrange the demo. We delete them once the enquiry has been dealt with and no retention obligations apply. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. We do not use the Meta Pixel or any other advertising trackers on this website.
